Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the frosting with the peanut butter.
- Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and pour the fudge mixture into it.
- Spread it smooth with the back of a spoon.
- Chill in the fridge for about 1 to 3 hours until set.
- Once firm, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
Notes
Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Consider adding a pinch of sea salt on top for enhanced flavor. Creative add-ins could be chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or coconut.
