2 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 1 16oz container vanilla frosting (or chocolate) You can substitute with chocolate frosting for a richer flavor.
  • 16 oz creamy peanut butter Use creamy for smooth texture, or chunky for a bit of crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the frosting with the peanut butter.
  2. Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and pour the fudge mixture into it.
  4. Spread it smooth with the back of a spoon.
  5. Chill in the fridge for about 1 to 3 hours until set.
  6. Once firm, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Consider adding a pinch of sea salt on top for enhanced flavor. Creative add-ins could be chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or coconut.
