Preparation
- Line a small baking dish (around 6×6 inches) with parchment paper, leaving some edges hanging over the sides for easy lifting.
- Break the chocolate into small pieces and place it in a microwave-safe bowl or use a double boiler.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in the thick yogurt until well blended, creating a creamy mixture.
- Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt. If desired, fold in any optional add-ins.
Setting
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Place the dish in the fridge and chill for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge to keep fresh. Best enjoyed within a week.
