  • 1 cup self-rising flour Can substitute with all-purpose flour plus baking powder and salt.

Preparation
  1. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in the self-rising flour until combined.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Scoop the batter into donut hole molds or shape into balls.
Cooking
  1. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let cool slightly before removing and enjoying.

Notes

Serve warm with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar. Perfect alongside coffee or milk. Store in an airtight container for a day or refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the air fryer.
