Ingredients

Scale

Base:

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

1 tsp vanilla extract (for extra flavor)

Toppings:

½ cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)

¼ cup nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts, chopped)

1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (for extra fiber and crunch)

¼ cup dark chocolate chips or shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Yogurt Base

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.

Step 2: Spread the Yogurt

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

  2. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula, about ¼ to ½ inch thick.

Step 3: Add Toppings

  1. Sprinkle fresh berries, nuts, chia seeds, and chocolate chips (if using) evenly over the yogurt layer.

  2. Gently press toppings into the yogurt to ensure they stick.

Step 4: Freeze Until Solid

  1. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.

Step 5: Cut & Serve

  1. Once frozen, remove the bark from the tray and peel off the parchment paper.

  2. Use a sharp knife to cut it into squares or break it into rustic pieces.

  3. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
