- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar or honey (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl or jar, combine all the ingredients.
- Whisk or shake until the mixture is well combined and emulsified.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. For more tang, add vinegar; for more sweetness, add sugar or honey.
- Store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Shake well before each use.
