Instructions
- Melt chocolate and butter together. Let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the sugars and eggs until fluffy.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix until just combined.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until tops are shiny and cracked.
