Instructions

- Chill the dough for 1-2 hours.
- Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut with cookie cutters.
- Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on a wire rack.
- Prepare royal icing by mixing powdered sugar, egg whites, and water to desired consistency.
- Decorate cooled cookies with icing and allow to harden.
