Instructions

  4. Chill the dough for 1-2 hours.
  5. Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut with cookie cutters.
  6. Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  7. Let cool on a wire rack.
  8. Prepare royal icing by mixing powdered sugar, egg whites, and water to desired consistency.
