4 lamb chops

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried rosemary

For the Rosemary Gravy:

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tbsp all-purpose flour

1 cup beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Lamb Chops:

  1. Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear.

  2. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried rosemary.

  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

  4. Sear the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust cooking time for preferred doneness).
