A unique blend of Italian lasagna and ramen noodles for a delicious and hearty dish.
Ingredients

- 4 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey, pork, or tofu)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Optional: 2 cups sautéed vegetables (spinach, mushrooms, zucchini)
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, slightly undercooking them.
- Drain and rinse the noodles to cool and prevent clumping.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Lay the first layer of ramen noodles evenly in the dish.
- Add a layer of ricotta cheese, followed by ground meat, marinara sauce, and mozzarella.
- Repeat layers until the dish is full, finishing with mozzarella and parmesan on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Don’t oversauce to prevent sogginess and use fresh cheese for better meltability.
