Description

A unique blend of Italian lasagna and ramen noodles for a delicious and hearty dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey, pork, or tofu)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Optional: 2 cups sautéed vegetables (spinach, mushrooms, zucchini)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, slightly undercooking them.
  2. Drain and rinse the noodles to cool and prevent clumping.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Lay the first layer of ramen noodles evenly in the dish.
  6. Add a layer of ricotta cheese, followed by ground meat, marinara sauce, and mozzarella.
  7. Repeat layers until the dish is full, finishing with mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
  9. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Don’t oversauce to prevent sogginess and use fresh cheese for better meltability.
