Ingredients
Espresso: 1-2 shots
Milk: ¾ cup (whole milk or dairy-free alternatives like oat or almond milk)
Caramel Syrup: 2-3 tablespoons (store-bought or homemade)
Granulated Sugar: 1 tablespoon (for the brûlée topping)
Whipped Cream (Optional): For extra indulgence
Cinnamon or Nutmeg (Optional): For garnish
Instructions
1. Brew the Espresso

Brew 1-2 shots of espresso using an espresso machine, Moka pot, or Aeropress.
2. Prepare the Caramel Syrup (If Homemade)

In a saucepan, heat 1 cup granulated sugar with ½ cup water over medium heat.

Once the mixture turns amber, stir in 2 tablespoons butter and ½ cup heavy cream.

Let it cool before use.
3. Froth the Milk

Steam or froth ¾ cup of milk using a milk frother, steam wand, or by shaking it in a jar after heating.
4. Assemble the Latte

Pour the espresso into a mug.
