  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  6. Let the pie cool before serving.

Notes
