- 1 ½ cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Let the pie cool before serving.
Notes
Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
