- 1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons shortening or coconut oil
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until well mixed. Press the mixture into a lined 9×13 inch pan.
- Melt the chocolate chips and shortening (or coconut oil) in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly.
- Chill the pan in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate is firm. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months.
